Commission approves package authorising German, Hungarian and Polish restructuring plans till 2010

Brussels, 27/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - On 22 June, the Commission authorised restructuring plans for the coal industry in Germany, Hungary and Poland. It ruled that the plans presented by the governments were in keeping with Community rules on state aid to the coal industry and compatible with the common market.
