4th Economic Summit in Munich to focus on revised Lisbon Strategy and on competitiveness

Brussels, 06/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - The fourth economic summit of Munich, to be held in the Bavarian capital on 9 and 10 June, will conduct a critical assessment of progress made by the Lisbon Strategy, arranged by the BMW Herbert Quandt Foundation and the CESifo group Munich. This summit, entitled "Europe and the Lisbon objectives, are we halfway there?", will be chaired by the Minister President of Bavaria, Edmund Stoiber.
