06/06/2005 (Agence Europe) -Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, the president of the European Convention, made a terse comment on the Dutch no-vote on the Constitution: "this result (…) shows the problems with the Dutch political system and ideology. The Constitution is its victim and not its subject".
