06/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - José Maria Gil-Robles, chairman of the International European Movement, has published a press release in which he calls for the Convention which wrote the European constitution to be tasked with adapting the existing treaties to allow the Constitution to enter into force for the countries which have ratified it or will do so, "relations with the' no' countries remaining governed by the current system of treaties, which will be adapted for this purpose".
