Luxembourg, 03/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Court of Justice has condemned Luxembourg for failing to transpose the provisions of the Directive of 20 July 2001 on the minimum provisions which must be taken by the Member States in case of mass influx of displaced persons.
