03/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - The proposal for a directive establishing minimum rules for protection of broiler chickens (EUROPE 8959) is considered “inadmissible” by the Confédération française de l'aviculture (CFA). The project could entail the “disappearance of 50% of the production of certain kinds of breeding”, CFA Director Christian Marinov said.
