03/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission gave its go-ahead to the BC Funds project managed by CIE Management and controlled by British BC Partners Holding for sole acquisition of the Swedish company, Dometic International AB and Dometic Corporation. The latter produce air conditioning systems, refrigerators and specialised refrigerated equipment for the medical sector in particular. The operation was examined according to simplified procedure.
