31/05/2005 (Agence Europe) - In Brussels on 6 June, the Trans-European Policies Studies Association (TEPSA) and the Group d'etudes politiques europeennes are organising a conference on 'The ratification process of the Constitutional Treaty - the case of France, the Netherlands and Luxembourg' (the Luxembourg referendum will be held on 10 July).
