09/05/2005 (Agence Europe) - Council decisions 2005/356/EC and 2005/357/EC of 22 December relating to the conclusion of agreements on savings taxation with the Principality of Andorra and the Republic of Saint-Marin respectively were published in the Official Journal L 114 of 4 May 2005. The agreements provide for measures equivalent to those foreseen in Council Directive 2003/48/EC on taxation of savings income in the form of interest payments.
