15/04/2005 (Agence Europe) - Javier Solana will be in Paris on 18 April to meet the French authorities at the Centre for European Political Science Studies, to discuss “The European Union: an international player?” Mr Solana will look at progress made in the EU's common foreign and security policy (CFSP) and the prospects opened up by this by the European Constitution.
