Visit by Olli Rehn on 18 and 19 April

Brussels, 15/04/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commissioner for Enlargement, Olli Rehn, will be in Serbia-Montenegro on 18 and 19 April, a few days after the Commission makes its recommendation to open negotiations on a stability and association agreement with Serbia-Montenegro (EUROPE 8926 and 8928). Mr Rehn, who will insist on full cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia (ICTY), will meet the president of the Union, Svetozar Marovic, foreign minister Vuk Draskovic, the Serbian President Boris Tadic and his Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica, and in Podgorica, the Montenegrin President Filip Vujanovic, his Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic and the President of the Montenegrin parliament, Ranko Krivokapic.
