The group MEDIMEDIA has put up for sale EDITIONS MASSON, which it bought in 2002 from VIVENDI UNIVERSAL. GOLDMAN SACHS is said to have drawn up a list of candidates to take part in the second round, including APAX, 3I and WOLTERS KLUWER. The latter has apparently put in the highest bid.
