In France, DISTRITOYS (turnover of 150 million EUR in 2004 with 800 employees) has bought SOJOUDIS, a company with 27 “Teddy Toys” shops, employing 125 and which recorded a turnover of 25 million EUR in 2004. The total amount of the transaction has not been disclosed.
