Texiles part of dispute in new GSP continues - settlement won't enter into force on 1 April

Brussels, 24/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - EU Member State Ambassadors did not manage to settle the “textiles” problem that is continuing to block adoption of the settlement of the Union's new Generalised System of Preferences (GSP), which is supposed to enter into force on 1 April this year.
