24/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has cleared the acquisition of joint control of Berkenhoff Management Holding of Germany by 3i Group plc (3i) and GB-Funds, of Germany. The operation does not pose any problems to competition and was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
