ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) aviation

LUFTHANSA, SWISS and the Swiss Confederation have approved the project for integrating SWISS into the German group. Initially, LUFTHANSA will acquire 11% of the capital. Once authorisation is obtained from the competition auto rites, LUFTHANSA will increase gradually from 49% to 100%.
