Brussels, 24/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - 24/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - Louise Fréchette, United Nations Deputy Secretary-General, has had a series of meetings with European Commission in preparation for the 2005 United Nations Summit in September 2005 at the start of the UN General Assembly, and which will address reform of the United Nations and the implementation of the Millennium Declaration.
