ACP Council calls on Togolese authorities to return to constitutional legality

Brussels, 24/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - In Brussels this Wednesday, the ACP Council of Ministers adopted a declaration on Togo which condemns infringements of the 1992 constitution in this ACP country, and calls on the authorities and all Togolese political players to return immediately to constitutional legality.
