Luxembourg, 24/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - A former retailer of the Paris/Charles de Gaulle airport, Au Lys de France, has taken action with the EU Court of First Instance challenging the Commission's refusal to open a formal investigation into the action by the public company, Aéroports de Paris. The applicant considers that there was abuse by the latter on the commercial concessions market in the public airport sector.
