24/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - Mario Monti, former European Competition Commissioner, has been elected president of ECAS (European Citizen Action Services). Last week, together with the ECAS Director, Tony Venables, he presented a brochure from the association containing 50 questions and answers on the rights that the constitutional Treaty will confer upon citizens.
