Brussels, 11/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - When the international community met in Bangkok in the context of the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity, the Greens/EFA Group in Parliament called on the EU and other partners to resist calls from the Canadian government to overturn the worldwide ban on the development of “terminator seeds” with a view to authorising seed testing and cultivation.
