Frattini opens debate on banning Communist symbols but not within decision on racism and xenophobia

Brussels, 08/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - Commissioner Frattini considers that the question of a possible ban on Communist symbols has no place in the debate on the framework decision on racism and xenophobia, his spokesperson said on Tuesday.
