Jean-Luc Dehaene stresses need to send citizens clear message about Europe despite the difficulties

Brussels, 02/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - At the “Communicate Europe” conference organised by the Associations of Former Trainees of the European Institutions (ADEK), the MEP Jean-Luc Dehaene, former vice-president of the European Convention, spoke of the challenge of giving a clear image of Europe, given that “the message is complex and many-levelled by its nature”. The message on Europe should not be “too detailed or technical” and a happy medium must be found between references...
