02/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - After criticising the president of the European Parliament Josep Borrell for “anti-Polish sentiments”, MEPs from the Polish League of Families (Independence and Democracy) attacked the Commission president José Manuel Barroso. In a letter to Barroso, Maciej Gierych criticised an article by Barroso in the European Voice and called on him to make an apology and a commitment to ceasing such behaviour and other “historic revisionism”.
