Brussels, 02/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Luxembourg presidency is hoping that the EU Council of ministers will reach an agreement at the end of June on the new European Funds for Fisheries. It also hopes to improve conservation of fish resources and inspection quality. The Luxembourg minister of agriculture, Fernand Boden, gave out this news during the presentation of the presidency's priorities to MEPs from the fisheries parliamentary committee.
