Brussels, 02/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - The dossier on the Swiss financial contribution to the cohesion policy was the main item on the agenda of the meeting between Micheline Calmy-Rey, Swiss Federal Counsellor for Foreign Affairs, and Commissioner Benita Ferrero-Waldner in Brussels on Tuesday. “The enlargement of the EU is politically and economically profitable for Switzerland, we owe it to ourselves to support it”, said Ms Calmy-Rey.
