Ms Isler Béguin calls on Ukrainian President to give up Danube-Black Sea canal project

Brussels, 02/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - The MEP Marie Anne Isler Béguin has written to President Yuschenko to draw his attention to the dangers of the project launched by his predecessor Leonid Kuchma to dig a canal linking the Danube delta to the Black Sea.
