19/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - The president-elect of Ukraine, Viktor Yuschenko will address the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe on 25 January at its plenary session in Strasbourg. He will not, however, be met immediately by the European Parliament, which will be in session on 26-27 January in Brussels because the invitation to him will only officially be sent to him by parliament services after his investiture.
