19/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - A European association defending the interests of producers and companies in the fruit and vegetable sector, “Fresh fruit Europe”, recently wrote a letter to the Commissioner for agriculture Mariann Fischer Boel to protest against the reduction of the Community budget on promoting fruit and vegetables in the EU from 6 to 4 million euro.
