Brussels, 19/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - At the end of a three hour meeting, the Commissioner for competition Neelie Kroes and the German Secretary for Finance, Caoi Koch-Weser reached an agreement on Tuesday night on reimbursing aid given to the Landesbanken. However, they were unable to reach an agreement on recapitalisation plans.
