Industrial production down by 0.3% in eurozone

Brussels, 19/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - Seasonally adjusted industrial production fell by 0.3% in the eurozone in November 2004 compared to October 2004, Eurostat, the Statistical Office of the European Communities, estimated on Tuesday. Output in the EU25 declined by 0.2% in November 2004.

The greatest rises in industrial production in November 2004 were recorded in Portugal (+5.6%), Greece (+3.6%), Spain (+2.5%) and Slovenia (+1.8%), while the largest decreases were recorded in Ireland...
