Brussels, 19/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - Enlargement Commissioner, Olli Rehn, declared on Tuesday to the European Parliament foreign affairs committee that his personal objective by the end of his mandate (31 December 2009) was to get Croatia and Turkey “on a good track” in their accession negotiations with the EU and that negotiations begin with other candidate countries “at least” with the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM).
