Six Member States fail to notify transposition of EU Directive 2003/93/EC and/or 2003/49/EC

Brussels, 17/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has decided to send Reasoned Opinions to five Member States for failing to notify domestic legislation to transpose EU Directive 2003/49/EC and/or 2003/93/EC. It is taking Italy to the Court of Justice over Directive 2003/93/EC.
