Brussels, 17/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - the main themes of the second plenary of the European Parliament in January in Brussels will be the presentation of the Barroso Commission programme (EUROPE 15 December, p.10 and 17 December, p.10, on December plenary debate, as well as EUROPE/Documents 2393 on 24 December regarding the resolution adopted by Parliament) and a declaration by CFSP High Representative Javier Solana on the situation in the Middle East.
