17/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance to the acquisition of joint control of RBI Hawker Limited by Aeronautical Rotor Blades Inc. (RBI US) and Hawker Pacific Pty Limited, Hong Kong (HP). RBI US, belonging to the Textron Group, is involved in the provision of helicopter rotor blade repair and overhaul in the US.
