Gunter Verheugen to attend 25 February conference on future of furnishing in the enlarged EU

Brussels, 17/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - In Brussels on 25 February, the European Commission's Directorate General for Enterprise is organising a conference together with employers and trade unions from the furnishing industry on the future of the furnishing industry in the enlarged EU. The conference will look at changes in the EU furnishing industry, identifying ways of improving competitiveness and the business environment for the industry.
