17/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - On 3-5 March the Centre of European Legal Studies will be organising a conference in Geneva on the European Constitution, attended by Giuliano Amato, former vice-president of the Convention who drafted the Constitution, Robert Badinter, Michel Petite (director general at the Commission's legal service), Jean-Paul Jacqué (Council legal service) and Professor Jean-Victor Louis.
