Brussels, 17/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - In his speech to the EU heads of state and government on Friday at the European Council; the President of the European Parliament Josep Borrell talked mainly about the accession negotiations with Turkey and the financial perspectives 2007-2013 (see EUROPE/Documents annexed to the bulletin, EUROPE of 14 December p. 9 to 12 and of 16 December p. 4 and 11).
