17/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - Hélène Flautre, President of the EP sub-committee on human rights, has written to Jan Peter Balkenende to request that the EU show its support for CNLT leaders who were beaten by plain-clothes police officers on 11 December after taking part in a conference on obstacles to freedom of association with the Tunisian Human Rights League.
