Brussels, 16/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Environment Ministers of the EU will meet in Brussels on Monday for the Environment Council- the last chaired by Dutch Minister Pieter Van Geel and the first attended by European Commissioner Stavros Dimas, returning from the UN climate conference (the COP10 session in Buenos Aires ended this 17 December).
