Council to give Commission mandate on Friday to negotiate ITER - Debate on guidelines of 7th EFRP

Brussels, 25/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - This Friday morning, the Competitiveness Council will tackle the two main dossiers of the European research policy: the negotiations which are still underway on the choice of the site for the installation of the experimental thermo-nuclear fusion reactor, ITER, and the initial discussions on the configuration of the future Community framework research programme.
