Most Member States support British and Hungarian proposal on registration of chemicals, but feel it needs key changes

Brussels, 25/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - During their exchange of views at the Competitiveness Council of 25 November on the proposed REACH legislation on chemicals, the Member States of the EU once again stressed the need to reduce the burden of the implementation of this legislation, on SMEs in particular.
