25/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - An EU delegation headed by MEP José Pomes Ruiz (EPP-ED, Spain) will be in Mozambique on 29 November to observe the legislative and presidential elections on 1 and 2 December. Seven MEPs are part of the mission, including the co-president of the ACP/EU Joint Assembly, Glenys Kinnock (British Labour).
