25/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, King Abdullah of Jordan met the EU's High Representative for CFSP, Javier Solana, Commission President José Manuel Barroso as well as the Commissioners for External Relations and Neighbour Policy, Benita Ferrero-Waldner, and Commissioner for Trade, Peter Mandelson. A financing agreement on a EUR 30 million allocation to help reduce poverty and promote local development in Jordan was signed on this occasion.
