Committee calls for clarification of public-private partnerships

Brussels, 22/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - In its adoption of the opinion by Catarina Segersten-Larsson (Sweden, EPP), a member of the general council of the county of Värmland, on the Commission's green paper on "Public-private partnerships and Community law on public procurement and concessions", the Committee of the Regions is calling for this kind of partnership to be clarified.
