22/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - By adopting the report by Danish Liberal Anders Samuelsen last week, the European Parliament has approved the extension till 2006 of the mandate of the European Agency for Reconstruction, which constitutes an important element in the European strategy in the Balkans. This agency will also be able to play a major role in the development of the north of Cyprus.
