22/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Commission ahas given the go-ahead to the project for a joint take over of VNU World Directories, currently a subsidiary of the information and media company (VNU) (based in the Netherlands), by European investment fund Apax and joint British venture Cinven.. The operation was approved according to simplified procedure.
