22/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given the green light to the Jabil Circuit Netherlands project (which belongs to US firm Jabil Circuit Inc), to take over Philips Consumer Electronics Industries Poland Sp.zoo, a Polish subsidiary of Philips. The latter is active in television production and Jabil provides electronic services. The operation was approved according to simplified procedure.
