16/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - On 3 December in Tours, under the presidency of the French minister of Culture and Communication Arnaud Donnedieu de Vabres, a conference-debate is being organised on the theme, "A Constitution for a Stronger Europe in the World". Participants include French ministers of foreign and European affairs, Michel Barnier and Claudie Haigneré, former vice-president of the European Parliament Catherine Lalumière and former minister Anne-Marie Idrac, president of the Mouvement Européen-France who is organising the event.
