Brussels, 16/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - During a Eurogroup meeting on Monday evening the European Commissioner Joaquin Almunia (see EUROPE 28 October, p.11), reviewed the Commission's autumn forecasts. Risks bearing down on growth were at the centre of the ministers concerns.
